Our staff are trained internally and externally ensuring there is always someone experienced and readily available to build your product. Rolling staff appraisals allow two way communications to help further continuous improvement and improve employer and employee relationships. Training and appraisals are monitored by me personally, allowing me to know my team and be able to develop them to their full potential.
The production team are involved at contract review stage along with all other key departments to allow good communication flow and feeling of ownership for your product.
Our KPI’s are monitored to maintain our high quality standards with live feedback to operators.
I hold production meetings daily with Production Supervisors, using our ERP systems, allowing us to plan to customer needs with great flexibility.
